All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. I've reviewed both my shipping address (for virtual run participants only) and the shirt sizing image on the unisex t-shirt selection page for no errors. Event organizers are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate shipping addresses for virtual run participants.
